1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AllShare Cast, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App and should uninstall it immediately.

2. License Grant and Scope

SnapMirrorHub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AllShare Cast for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

2.1 Permitted Uses

• Screen mirroring from your personal mobile devices to Smart TVs and compatible displays
• Casting photos, videos, presentations, and other media content you legally own or have rights to display
• Wireless display for legitimate personal, educational, or business purposes

2.2 License Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse Engineer: Decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
• Modify or Distribute: Create derivative works, modify, translate, or distribute the App without authorization
• Circumvent Security: Bypass, disable, or interfere with security features or access controls
• Commercial Exploitation: Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App without written permission
• Remove Attribution: Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

3. Content Responsibility and Restrictions

3.1 Your Obligations

• Legal Compliance: Ensure all content you cast complies with applicable copyright laws, intellectual property rights, and local regulations
• Licensed Content: Only cast content you own, have permission to use, or that is licensed for your use
• No Piracy: Do not use AllShare Cast to cast pirated, illegally downloaded, or unauthorized copyrighted content
• Respect Rights: Respect the intellectual property rights of content creators and copyright holders

3.2 Prohibited Content

You agree NOT to cast or transmit content that:

• Violates copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or violates any laws
• Infringes upon the privacy or rights of others
• Contains unauthorized streaming of copyrighted broadcasts or premium content

4. Device Compatibility and Network Requirements

AllShare Cast requires:

• Compatible source device (smartphone, tablet) with supported operating system
• Compatible target device (Smart TV, streaming device, or display with casting capabilities)
• Stable Wi-Fi network with both devices connected to the same local network
• Sufficient network bandwidth for smooth screen mirroring (minimum 5 Mbps recommended)

We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices or network configurations. Performance may vary based on device capabilities, network conditions, and environmental factors.

5. Service Availability and Updates

5.1 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, update, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice
• Implement automatic updates to improve functionality, security, and compatibility
• Temporarily suspend service for maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues

5.2 Updates

To maintain optimal performance and security, we may automatically download and install updates. You agree to receive such updates as part of your use of AllShare Cast.

6. Privacy and Data Collection

Your use of AllShare Cast is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key Privacy Points:

• We do NOT record, view, or store the actual content you cast
• We collect technical metadata for functionality and improvement purposes
• Local network access is required for device discovery and casting

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

AllShare Cast is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7.1 No Guarantees

We do not warrant that:

• The App will meet all your requirements or expectations
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
• Casting quality will be consistent across all devices and networks
• All content formats will be supported or cast successfully
• The App will be compatible with all devices, operating systems, or Smart TVs

7.2 Third-Party Devices

AllShare Cast relies on third-party devices (Smart TVs, routers, displays) that are beyond our control. We are not responsible for compatibility issues, performance limitations, or malfunctions related to third-party hardware or software.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• No Indirect Damages: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of AllShare Cast
• No Loss Claims: We are not liable for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Device Damage: We are not responsible for damage to devices resulting from app use
• Network Issues: We are not liable for connectivity problems, network failures, or bandwidth limitations
• Content Issues: We are not responsible for any legal consequences resulting from your casting of unauthorized or illegal content

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SnapMirrorHub and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of AllShare Cast
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of third parties, including copyright infringement
• Your casting of unauthorized, illegal, or infringing content

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may stop using AllShare Cast at any time by uninstalling the App from your device.

10.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to AllShare Cast immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Illegal use or copyright infringement
• Abuse of the service or malicious activity
• At our sole discretion

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws and the laws of the jurisdiction where SnapMirrorHub operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

11.1 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of AllShare Cast should first be addressed by contacting us at support@snapmirror.hub. We will attempt to resolve disputes informally.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through:

• In-app notifications
• Email to registered users
• Update to the "Last Updated" date

Continued use of AllShare Cast after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to changes, you must stop using the App.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SnapMirrorHub regarding AllShare Cast and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
